To capture the realistic movements of the animals, Disney animators studied film footage of deer in the wild, as well as two live deer that lived at the studio — named Bambi and Faline of course. Along with his friends Flower and Thumper, Bambi navigates the trials of growing up, as he learns the value of friendship and perseverance!
